Friends of Northside Libraries (FONL) is a nonprofit organization that has been dedicated to the advancement of school libraries and literacy in the Northside Independent School District (NISD) since its inception. Over the years, FONL has achieved remarkable milestones and positively impacted the educational experience of countless students.
From the very beginning, FONL recognized the importance of educating the community about the vital role of school libraries in fostering reading and lifelong learning. By promoting the various literacy events and programs in the district, FONL has successfully nurtured a culture of learning and literacy. |
